Why is UC Berkeley allowing RADICAL Hatem Bazian to brainwash students?

Hatem Bazian born in Nablus, went to high school in Amman, Jordan and attended University at San Francisco State University.

Bazian served as President of the General Union of Palestinian Students, the student arm of the PLO (NY Times Oct 21, 1984) and an organization that was banned in Germany after the Munich Olympics massacre (Front Page Mag).

Bazian also served as Muslim Students Association (MSA) president at Berkley (Ibid.) MSA was established by Members of Muslim Brotherhood (Scroggins, Deborah, The Most Wanted Woman in the World, Vogue, March 1, 2005). In addition Bazian founded and chairs the national extremist anti-Israel organizationAmerican Muslims for Palestine (AMP) which helps train and support Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) which Bazian also founded.

AMP’s first conference in 2006 featured several former Islamic Association of Palestine (IAP founded by Mousa Mohammed Abu Marzook the current Deputy Chief of Hamas Political Bureau) leaders including Rafiq Jaber, Kifa Mustapha (imam at the radicalized Bridgeview mosque and unindicted Holy Land Foundation [HLF] co-conspirator), Nihad Awad (Executive Director of CAIR and also an unindicted co-conspirator), and Osama Abu Irshaid (former head of the Holy Land Foundation, IAP board member and now AMP board member).

IAP and HLF were found liable for aiding and abetting Hamas (Usatoday.com. 2004-12-09). IAP was named in a May 1991 Muslim Brotherhood document -- titled "An Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Group in North America" -- as one of the Brotherhood’s 29 likeminded "organizations of our friends" that shared the common goal of destroying America and turning it into a Muslim nation. Board members of both IAP and HLF are on the board of Hatem Bazian’s AMP.

Notably Hatem Bazian was a fundraising speaker or KindHearts (Investigative Report) a Charity that entered in a plea bargain to dissolve and on condition it would have its accounts unfrozen by the US federal government to pay legal fees ad distribute funds to government approved receivers (Official Settlement). KindHearts assets were frozen because they were accused by the US treasury department of operating as a fundraising wing for Hamas(“Shutting Down the Terrorist Financial Network,” U.S. Treasury Department, December 4, 2001 )
